Windows minimizing and re-expanding after completing script

Maybe a bug, and not too troubling if it is, but I think I'm seeing this happen: that sometimes in DrawBotPy3 a window with a script that's running will minimize when the script completes, then re-expand.
Is anyone else having this issue? I'm going to start watching more closely to see if there's a pattern, or if I'm causing it by inadvertently clicking in the top bar of the window as I'm doing other stuff on the desktop. If I see a pattern I'll report the bug formally on GitHub but I wanted to poll the forum first.

@justvanrossum Just noticed it again a couple days ago. Seems to happen after particularly processor-intensive scripts are done running. I'll keep watching.
